- Hm... the artwork consists mainly of neon lights, this could be a case of artistic craftmanship and thereby covered by COM:FOP#Canada. MichaelMaggs, could you please comment? --AFBorchert (talk) 06:57, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
Delete I wouldn't think that this can be classed as a work of artistic craftmanship. It's really more a standard 2D artistic work in which certain elements have literally been highlighted using neon tubes to make them stand out at night. --MichaelMaggs (talk) 18:21, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
