Are you going to run with the steels? Looks awesome!

Need to weld a plate for the starter and weld it all together

I'm looking at getting some rota grid drifts

Location: kent		Well, ordered the clutch, should take around 2 weeks

Made a front splitter up, fibreglass backed carbonfibre faced...looks good imo




Next thing I'll be moulding will be the rear spoiler and the interior

Think the splitter and the side bits look awesome !! Nice moulding work, really jealous, all the fibreglassing ive ever done has ended up a spectacular mess !

Location: kent		Building the Bellhousing got a little easier, I bought a type 9 to rover k series Bellhousing and jigged the engine and gearbox up

How many times do i have to tell you wasnt the clutch but the engine mounts and misalignment

Location: kent		I mean if it fits and works with the rover 220 pressure plate lol, be a waste if not!!

It's about half the weight of a normal clutch what is good for the whp I guess

I think you will be fine there.
Looks like a nice piece of work!
I would use a couple of dowels or dead size bolts (in a couple of holes) to make sure it cant move about.

Location: kent		Thanks, all the original dowls have been used, and all the bolts are well fitting to the holes so should be okay there

Main thing I'm worried about is heat distortion...I've taken about a week to weld it up, little bits every night after work

Location: kent		Offered the engine up to the car, everything should fit quite nicely...should be room for a nice equal length manifold too

Also The parts I've recently got for the kit car, alloy fuel tank, race technology dash with leads etc, 10mx1m woven fibreglass for the bonnet bulge ill need, poly bush kit for the front, stainless steel turbo flange, 600mmx3000mm sheet of alloy mesh for moulding the interior out of and then carbon fibre over the top of it and a perforated 3" tube for the carbon fibre exhaust ill be making
