any of u guys used perspex for ur windows.ive got a metro basex kit car and need to make some perspex door windows i was gonna use about 6mm thick. any one done this before any advice . is that a good thickness or should i go thicker. window is only 12inches high. cheers for any advice

Location: Teesside		You should really use polycarbonate instead of perspex.

Polycarbonate is 250x stronger and doesnt shatter like perspex.
